Exercise causes no harm whatsoever unless you already have a pre existing condition which could be exacerbated.

Purpose is to maintain general health and strengthen cardio so as to continue the in-out sexual routine. Age : 69 with general liking of alcohol especially heineken atau chivas.

Interval training is one of the best ways to get really fit so run at 90% of your max heart rate for 3 minutes, then back to tempo pace (60%) effort for 10 minutes.. then back to 90% effort. Repeat as many times as you can manage.
