印度發生一起恐怖的殺妻案件！近日一名35歲男子沙堤許（Satish），因為妻子盧帕（Roopa）外遇被他發現，且對方最終選擇了小王，他因此精神崩潰殺了盧帕，並砍下她的人頭，甚至直接提到警局自首。

據《太陽報》報導，沙堤許日前提了一個塑膠袋走到了警局，之後便在警方面前拿出了盧帕的人頭，還說「這是我的老婆，我給了她全部的愛」，嚇得警方大喊：「快把人頭放回去！」之後沙堤許說，是因為盧帕外遇，還借了30萬元盧比（約新台幣12.6萬）給小王，且兩人偷情被他發現後，妻子還選擇了小王。因此他才會暴怒，動手殺了盧帕，並砍下了她的人頭。

警方聽完沙堤許的陳述後，立即將他逮捕，並詢問他盧帕其餘的身體部位下落。事後一名警員表示，雖然看過有人到警局自首，但第一次看到有人直接把被害人的頭放在桌上。目前全案已進入司法程序調查，詳細情形仍有待釐清。

THIS is the horrific moment a man walks into a police station and pulls his "cheating" wife's severed head from a black plastic bag.
The man, identified only as Satish, entered the police station in Ajjampura, southern India, brandishing a machete and saying he had murdered his wife, Roopa.

A police officer with a smartphone captured the moment he lay his bag on the floor, pulled out his wife's severed head and held it up with one hand.
The 35-year-old then declares: "This is my wife, sir. I gave her all the love I could."
A cop is then heard shouting: "Put it back inside!"
Satish replaces the head in the bag before telling cops that his wife was cheating on him and he had lost his temper after seeing the pair together.

He continues to complain that Roopa had chosen his rival, named as Sunil, over him despite the fact the man was a manual worker with a criminal record.
Satish told cops that Roopa had even taken out a loan for £3,170 (300,000 INR) and given the money to her lover.


Cops had to calm Satish down so they could begin taking his statement and launch a formal murder investigation.
Inspector Ramachandra Nayak said Satish had been remanded in police custody after showing officers where he had left the rest of his wife's body.
Supt Annamalai said: "Generally, in the Ajjampura area, whoever commits murder surrenders to the police but for someone to walk in and place a head on the sub-inspector's table was something new for us."

The police staff at the Ajjampura Police Station in Chikkamagaluru district were in for a rude shock when a man walked inside the police station, pulled out the chopped head of a woman from a plastic bag announcing that he had murdered his wife over an affair.
The man, identified as Satish, justified his decision to murder his wife Roopa, besides revealing his plot to kill his wife's paramour Sunil.
A video that captured Satish's act and justifications has gone viral on the social media. He also holds a machete used for the crime.
Satish had married Roopa 9 years ago. The couple have two children Ganesh (7) and Lakshmi (4). He was a driver with a private bus operator in Bengaluru before starting a poultry stall.
Cracks had begun in his domestic life about two years ago when he saw her with Sunil, a daily-wage labour. There used to be frequent fights between the two as she would often visit Sunil, who, as per Satish's claims, has many criminal cases.
"I took care of her and loved deeply, but she backstabbed me. She would spend time with him though I was her husband," Satish is seen as saying in the video.
"I had requested her to quit his association and work in my stall, but she hadn't heeded to my request. She would be with him in compromising positions in bathroom," he says in the video.
Satish adds: "A month ago, elders had finalised a compromise. She had given in writing to the elders that she would part ways with me and children. I wanted to kill him, but he escaped."
Satish led the police to the spot where he had killed her with a machete.
The police booked Satish under IPC section 302 (murder) and arrested him. The body was handed over after post-mortem at community health centre, Ajjampur.

It was a bizarre day for the officers at Chikkamagaluru’s Ajjampura Police Station. A man walked into the police station holding a bag in one hand and a machete in the other, claiming he had killed his wife.
In a video shot by an official at the police station, the man, identified as 35-year-old Satish, is seen narrating the chilling details of the murder.
“This is my wife, sir. I gave her all the love I could,” Satish begins in the video as he fishes out the head of his wife, Roopa, from a black plastic bag and holds it up.
“Put it inside!” a police officer is heard shouting. Satish puts his wife’s head back into the bag and starts confessing.
“She cheated on me. I saw her with that guy near the plantation. I killed her. But that guy (Roopa’s alleged paramour) ran away. I couldn’t kill him though,” Satish claimed.
He went on to allege that Roopa’s alleged lover Sunil, a daily-wage worker, has several criminal cases against him. “He has three to four cases against him and still she chose him. I used to be a taxi driver. I told her that I will support us. She would go off with that guy. She would say she wanted to go to the bathroom and go to meet him,” Satish is seen saying in the video.

“Look! This is my wife. She took a loan of Rs 3 lakh to give to her lover and not me. You have seen her, have you not? How many times have we not come to the police station to sort out our fights? You know, right?” Satish questions the officers at the police station.
The police officers pacify Satish and ask him to sit down and start taking down his statement. The police then registered an FIR.
“Based on his statement, Satish suspected that his wife was cheating on him and followed her with a machete. When he saw her meet Sunil at the Nilagiri Plantation near Shivani Railway Station, he hacked at her neck,” said Circle Inspector Ramachandra Nayak, the investigating officer.
According to CI Ramachandra, Satish had allegedly decided to kill both his wife and Sunil. Sunil managed to escape when Satish attacked his wife.
“After taking down his statement and registering an FIR, we took him to the spot. He showed us where his wife’s body was. A case of murder has been registered and he has been remanded to judicial custody,” he added.
Police say that Satish and Roopa were married nine years ago and began living together since their parents had initially disapproved of their relationship. Two years ago, Satish and Roopa moved in with his parents after they reconciled.
Ajjampura police told TNM that when Satish and Roopa were married in 2011, the entire village of Shivani had ostracised the couple because both married outside their caste.
"Both of them are from different castes. Satish was from an upper caste while Roopa was from the OBC community. When they got married, the people had pushed them out of the village. They were happy for a few years until a couple of years ago," says Chikkamagaluru SP Annamalai.
The SP says that Satish and Roopa had even come to him several times to sort out their marital woes.
“For the past two years, they have been having lots of marital problems. He was always suspicious of her and kept saying that she was having an affair with many other men. We don’t know if this is true yet. We are trying to find out who this Sunil is,” Ajjampura police said.
"Last month the woman had come to me saying she had problems adjusting to her in-laws. Earlier, she had complaints of how he would not give her money for food. Generally in the Ajjampura area, whoever commits murder surrenders to the police but for someone to walk in and place a head on the sub-inspector's table was something new for us," he added.
