据报道，日本政府相关人士近日接受采访时表示，2月5日是中国农历新年的第一天，安倍将配合中国的春节日期，在2月5日以视频形式向中方送出春节的祝福。
2018年2月，安倍在农历狗年新年到来之际，通过日本华文媒体《中文导报》，以刊文形式向在日华侨华人贺新春、拜新年。日媒称，像2019年这次，以视频形式直接向中国送去祝福，实属罕见。“日中两国政府都展现了重视两国关系的姿态。”
2018年10月，安倍时隔7年再次访华，中日间不仅在经贸领域内达成了多项协议，并在安全等领域取得了相关进展。专家认为，安倍在《中日和平友好条约》走过“不惑之年”之际访华，促进了中日两国的经济合作，推动两国信任，进而推动了中日关系向前发展。
