Mr Zul claimed that sceptism of the caretaker system came mainly from netizens and implied that most, if not all of Bukit Batok residents are happy and contented with the service rendered by the remaining MPs and therefore see no need for a by-election.

Did Mr Zul interview the 39 Bukit Batok residents who penned their names down on the petition below to urge the government to give them a chance to choose their own Member of Parliament ?
