Do you guys remember the movie A Few Good Men?
A movie starring Tom Cruise, Demi Moore, Kevin Bacon and Jack ("You can't handle the truth!") Nicholson about a naval court case. More correctly, it was a story of a few "good men and women" who were able and willing to take on the system to correct an apparent injustice.

Who do you think are now waiting in the wings and will step up eventually and be one of Singapore's "Few Good Men"? Or do they even exist?

Let's forget about the current opposition members for now, ok? But if you really think that a current political figure (from any party) fits the bill, please indicate with your reasons. :)

LaMei - she can speak well....fiesty....and has the pedigree i.e. kenna sue before..which will endear her to some parts of SG

CTL - doing good PR work now...and also sued....as long as he keeps his composure and rate of exposure...ppl will remember him..

There's nver going to be a trial like this. The west, contrary to Chua Lee Hongs nonsense, actually loves Singapore. Singapore has never been criticised by America or the UN for its Human Rights record.
