The CECA pact signed allows Indian companies to embark on “Intra corporate” transfers. All they have to do is recruit Indian workers back at their Indian Office and subsequently transfer them to the Singapore office.

These people can even bring their dependents over to work in Singapore. This is a loophole they constantly exploit to avoid recruiting local Singaporeans altogether.

Our own Ministers all got tricked – worse, up till now they aren't able to take an action.

As a result of the CECA agreement there are over 800,000 Indians presently working in Singapore, thus solving Modi’s unemployment problems in India.
