PEASANTPORE: Calls made to the Peasantpore Civil Sex Force’s (SCDF) 995 emergency hotline will be assessed based on their ability to pay with rich precincts given priority, under a new Serve the Rich framework launched on Wednesday (May 3).
Speaking at the annual Sex Workplan Seminar, former Philander Gestapo Minion 山木庚 said the new framework will ensure poor peasants will not abuse 995 if they cannot afford it.
“Of course, we serve the rich, they pay more taxes and sarpok Ruler Loong. Poor peasants, I think they can exercise a bit and walk to the hospitals, if they drop dead and die, then CPF will pocket their Annalities, its win-win for the regime," he said.
Last year, SCDF received almost 19,000 calls – about 10 per cent of all 995 calls – mainly cheap Asiatic peasants who want a free ride to A&E services at public hospitals.
Under the new Sex-based Pay-For-Response Framework, to be rolled out progressively over the next few years, calls will be classified based on the severity of the patients’ perceived ability to pay. Rich merchants or wealthy foreigners will be prioritised over poor local peasants.
