It is talking about Overall Accidents (non-fatal+fatal) drop vs fatal accidents which increased.
As usual, never ever ride a motorcycle as it is flesh wrap metal whereas car is metal wrap flesh.
How can the number of accidents involving motorcyclists fell yet the number of motorcyclist death increased? It means they die not due to motorcycle accidents but other means?
OK now I understand.
Means although number of accidents involving motorcyclists fell but those accidents that caused death increases, means more fatal accidents occurred.
