The Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB) visited STA Inspection's Sin Ming Road branch on March 9 and questioned half a dozen of its employees.

Most Sinkies are too 'balless' to accept bribes & honestly most SINkies are honest enough , not to accept bribe, that is true; we are that discipline; but....there is always the temptation.

Anyway, it must be the other fereign talents we overlook from across the border, to the North especially, where 'greasing of hands' is a culture...with that kind of pay they offer, 90% are these talents plus others...
