This is slavery. How do people live like that? No difference from being in prison. You cannot even go travelling for a couple of weeks.

pay increment $10 per year then they know
 
Bus driving main challenge is have to endure the bladder.
It is different from taxi driving where you can still have a quickie.
You cannot stop a bus no matter what.
 
That's equivalent to $3k in 2019-2020.

Nothing to shout about, hyperinflation will continue to fuck you over regardless of how much you earn.

Looking at bus driver salary 5k is time for me to fark my employer.
I'm still drawing 3.5k wtf.

Sounds good on paper but actual scheduling will kill you.
5am to 8am, then you go home.
Come back 11am to 1pm, then go home
Come back 5pm to 8pm then go home.
Do this six days a week.
Unless your home is next to the depot, the interval cannot have a restful sleep.
You will burn out in no time. Then drive like a crazy drive and kill pedestrians and passengers, as has happened often.

I thought this kind of spilt shift is only for restoran waiters and cooks?
 
Today i knew FT worker have 1 OFF day per month.
Everyday clock 10 hours, including weekend.
How Local can fight them ?
