調查：中學生每兩人有一人感抑鬱
【Now新聞台】有團體的調查發現超過一半受訪中學生有抑鬱徵狀，而有輕生念頭的學生比率是2012年同類調查最高。
Tiffany（化名）因為文憑試感到焦慮，每晚溫習至凌晨三、四時，精神越來越差，最終患上抑鬱症，她接受治療和透過運動，最終慢慢康復過來。
浸信會愛羣社會服務處以問卷訪問廿一間中學，約7500名學生，發現每兩人就有一人感到抑鬱，逾兩成學生覺得人生空虛，懷疑是否值得生存下去，百分之五的學生更有輕生念頭，較去年多一個百分點，是自2012年同類調查最高。
學生的壓力來源主要是文憑試及學業，其次是前途問題。
團體又發現，學生在電玩及社交媒體花的時間愈多，抑鬱徵狀亦愈嚴重，他們建議學校及家長培養學生的「希望感」，幫助他們訂立可行目標並要學懂欣賞自己。
