The world's best semiconductor chips are produced by Taiwan and South Korea, both US military allies. They both are reliant on specialized machinery produced only by US and NATO allies like Holland.
Chinkland has made a lot of progress in chip design, but unless they can produce the chips they design, their designs are useless. Currently, the chinks rely on TSMC for the actual production of their most advanced chips.
I worked in the US semiconductors manufacturing factory before and their shit chip testing machines doesn't work.
