42 nabbed in Sembawang forest

SINGAPORE: Police have nabbed 42 people in a forested area along Admiralty Road West and Sembawang Drive.
The suspects are believed to have used the cover of the forest to carry out illicit activities.
The five-hour operation which ended early on Tuesday morning saw 27 men and 15 women of various nationalities rounded up.
If convicted of wilful trespass, the suspects could be fined up to S$1,000.
