3 men jailed for criminal breach of trust of iPhones

The court on Wednesday sent three former staff of StarHub to jail for abetting to commit criminal breach of trust of iPhones belonging to the telco.
Jackson Koh Jyet Shen, 25, Eugene Tan Zhi Wei, 26, and Choo Kok Leong, 33, then sales associates, pleaded guilty to four charges involving $9,920 worth of mobile phones in April 2010.
The total amount involved in 12 charges was $29,760.
A district court that the trio planned in 2010 to dishonestly misappropriate iPhones from their employer by exploiting loopholes in its subscription processing procedures.
