3 men, aged 24 to 29, charged in S'pore for alleged sexually penetrating girl, 14, on separate occasions

Three Singaporean men were charged in court after they allegedly engaged in sexual acts with a 14-year-old girl in July 2024.
According to charge sheets dated Nov. 18, Goh Shao Heng, 24, Yong Eak Chung, 28, and Terrance Teo Jian Xiang, 29, had allegedly penetrated the underage girl separately in Punggol and Bishan.
The girl's identity and full addresses where the offences occurred cannot be revealed due to a gag order.
Allegedly penetrated girl at various locations
The first incident reportedly occurred on Jul. 4 when Goh had allegedly committed a sex act on the girl at around 8:59pm to 9:30pm.
The incident took place at a staircase landing on the 10th floor of a Punggol block of flats.
Subsequently on Jul. 5, Teo allegedly committed the same sexual act with the girl between 6:52pm and 7:11pm.
He had done so at an unknown staircase landing in the same block, according to court documents.
On Jul. 7, Yong allegedly engaged in sexual acts with the girl.
The incident occurred at a flat in Bishan at an undisclosed time.
Charged
The three men were handed one charge each for allegedly sexually penetrating a minor.
It is not clear whether the men are known to one another.According to The Straits Times, the cases have been have been adjourned to Dec. 19.
If found guilty, they may face a jail term of up to 10 years, a fine, or both
