c) Imported cases: 35
Amongst the 35 imported cases,
  • 1 (Case 58928) is a Singaporean and 5 (Cases 58925, 58926, 58927, 58929 and 58930) are Singapore Permanent Residents who returned from the UK, India and Indonesia.
  • 10 (Cases 58913, 58917, 58919, 58920, 58921, 58941, 58942, 58943, 58946 and 58947) are Dependant’s Pass holders who arrived from India and UAE.
  • 1 (Case 58934) is a Long-Term Visit Pass holder who arrived from India.
  • 4 (Cases 58914, 58915, 58918 and 58933) are Work Pass holders who arrived from Russia, India, Japan and Maldives.
  • 12 are Work Permit holders who arrived from Bangladesh, India, Indonesia and Malaysia, of whom 7 (Cases 58932, 58935, 58936, 58937, 58938, 58939 and 58940) are foreign domestic workers.
  • 2 (Cases 58944 and 58945) are Short-Term Visit Pass holders. Case 58944 arrived from India to visit his Singaporean child. Case 58945 is a cargo pilot who arrived from the US via Australia. He was isolated upon arrival in Singapore, and was conveyed directly to the National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID) where he was tested and confirmed to have COVID-19 infection. His serological test result has come back positive.

But I doubt very much if any of them are actually sick. If they were they'd need a stretcher to get on a plane.

CECA's found and named the island and not Stamford raffles.

This is how Lee Hsien Loong props up the hotel industry. Anyone interested in a staycation?

It is nothing new, from the very beginning of this pandemic, unlike other countries in the world, only our garment has not barred CECA to enter into Singapore.
You can work out the total number of imported cases, majority are from India.
Why India is so special to our garment? Why do they have special exemption to enter into Singapore, even they are sick and virus carrier? Why?

Why does it seem like they always try to hide India from the covid cases when we all know majority of the covid cases are people coming in from India? They would highlight foreign domestic workers and other countries, but not India. When you go to hospitals and see the covid cases wards, most are gopalan, subramaniams, tangachi, etc.
