23-year-old man found murdered in Tampines flat

SINGAPORE : A 23-year-old man was found dead in his flat in Tampines on Wednesday afternoon. He is believed to have been murdered.
His body was found in the flat on the 12th floor of Block 159, Tampines Street 12.
He was pronounced dead by paramedics at about 4pm.
An 18-year-old youth has been arrested in connection with the death.
Both men were believed to have had a dispute before the incident.
Police have classified the case as murder.
