18-year-old nabbed for loanshark involvement

Singapore: Police have arrested an 18-year-old male for suspected involvement in loansharking activities.
Based on police investigations, the suspect had allegedly splashed paint and scrawled loan shark-related graffiti on the walls of HDB blocks.
He was caught on Wednesday at about 4.45pm in Ang Mo Kio.
He'll be charged in court on Friday.
