130 sq m executive HDB flat in Punggol.
The divorced mother lives with her two sons - students Bezner, 17, and Wesley Lim, 14 - and her 73-year-old mother.
I love my home because...

It is a place where I can relax and spend lots of quality time with my sons.
My decor theme is...

Contemporary. My two teenage boys wanted super-contemporary with lots of glass and steel but I find that a bit too cold. In the end, we opted for something in between: contemporary yet not too Zen-like. I find more warmth in that.
My favourite corner is...

Our 'bar area' next to the pool table. My sons and I play pool there and have our own 'no-alcohol happy hour'. I'm a single mum and I believe it is vital to spend quality bonding time with my boys. We usually enjoy a game or two before dinner, especially on weekends.
I'm most proud of...

The sofa, which I designed myself. I wanted something that we could sink into, sleep on and be really at home with.
The deep seating allows you to curl up in comfort, and the streamlined design gives it a very modern, minimalist look. No clutter.
Will I sell it?

No, I am not considering selling it - not at the moment. [email protected]
