Mr. Rodney Sim Hang Nge
With reference to The Straits Times report dated July 22, 2009 on the Home page B4 about an elder of Lighthouse Evangelism being convicted in court. We wish to clarify that the report was inaccurate. The person concerned was never an elder of Lighthouse Evangelism. We have contacted the Straits Times to rectify the error.
We learned from him that he was an ex-elder of his former church. We have and are still providing counseling to him and his family to help restore him back to faith. He has repented and is sorry for what he has done.
How come 154th announce any corrections after several days?
