British 15 year-old claims she was raped in Ibiza
A British man has been arrested after a 15-year-old British girl told police she was raped on a beach in Ibiza.

The 31-year-old man was held after allegedly forcing himself on the teenager, who was on holiday with her parents. The alleged attack took place in the quiet resort of Port de Sant Miquel, in the north of the Spanish island, in the early hours of Saturday morning.

They were all enjoying a drink together on Friday night, but the parents then left their daughter with the man, local media reported. The teenager told police that between 1am and 2am they went to a beach near the hotel.
A police source said he is alleged to have "grabbed her by the wrists, put her on the floor and started to kiss her and touch her all over her body." He allegedly then raped her, before ordering her to go and wash herself in the sea, which she did.
When she returned to the hotel her parents saw her bloodied knickers and that she was distressed and they called the police. He was arrested for an alleged rape and reportedly refused to make a statement to officers from the Civil Guard.
A doctor told detectives there were no physical indications the girl was raped, local newspapers said. Both Brits were due to give statements to an investigating judge, who will decide whether to hold the suspect on remand while the investigation continues or release him on bail.
