Jurong also hosted the 101 STS where the Chinese were given military training. Many of these graduated to join the armed wing of the Malayan Communist Party, and formed the nucleus of the Malayan People's Anti-Japanese Army and later, Chin Peng's jungle fighters in the Emergency.

Today, the whole of Jurong has changed, except for the area around SAFTI and the Third Division HQ

I see lots of crocodiles Lacoste boutiques all over S'pore and even the Crocodile branches.

must also be careful as many crocs hiding in the belukar and ponds in the golf courses here although you don't see them. but must be true since the golfers talk about after seeing so many buayas :eek:
