Singapore will not even last out a cold war let alone an actual warfare.

If Malaysia really wants to take singapore, Indonesia will be the ally.
Fight a war and win? Every side will suffer even after the war especially the singapore girls.

No food and less potable water, Singaporeans will riot against PAP even before an ultimatum is issued by Malaysia.
No-culture, no -spirit, no -soul 66%singaporeans will surrender PAP when they see their death coming.

So, 10 - billion SAF is serving the Familee or the nation ?
Of course, the fat-cat regulars are loyal in peace time becos of their big pay and big house and big car .

Can you imagine shedding the 10 billion hubris can do wonders to the local people?
Free education, free healthcare, good relationship with neighboring countries, the list is endlessly good.

Budget 2009, if cut 10 billion SAF to 2 billion SAF----TV license, GST, water taxes, etc, can be comfortably removed.

But then it dawned on me that it is not for the security of the people but the rich and political elite. For the problems, hatred and quarrels are between the the political leaders.
