陈水扁 family to handover Swiss Bank $700mil to bail him out

Lead Judge seems to be indicating that if Ah Bian family ensure that $700,000,000 of corruption fund from Switzerland is sent back to Taiwan within the next 20 days they have hope to bail Ah Bian out from jail.

匯7億救扁！？陳致中：無法主導

前總統陳水扁的羈押期即將在本月23日屆滿，高院合議庭表示，只要扁家能將瑞士的7億元台幣匯回特偵組指定帳戶，就可能同意讓陳水扁交保；聽到這樣的說法，陳水扁兒子陳致中無奈的表示，他已經簽署了相關的同意文件，至於錢能不能匯回來？主控權在檢方。
陳水扁的羈押期將屆滿，只要海角7億元能匯回台灣，就有可能交保，扁家好不容易燃起一絲希望，但主控權不在自己，讓陳致中好無奈。
陳致中表示，我跟我太太黃睿靚都已經把可以簽署的文件都已經簽署完成了，然後也交給特偵組，「現在都是由特偵組跟瑞士的檢察機關來合作，然後把後續的工作完成，所以剩下的就是時間的問題。」
眼看父親已經整整被羈押了500多天，陳致中說，他們能做的都做了。不過這筆錢之前就問題多多，目前帳戶又被凍結，剩下不到20天的時間要匯回台灣，似乎真的很困難，看來阿扁要自由，還有很多變數。

It's a catch 22 situation for them.
If they don't hand it over, he remains in the detention centre.
