bakchang is no bakchang when there is no buibak, mushroom, salted duck egg, gaoluck, and the glutinous rice

my folks added heibeehiam to the bakchang because we like it spicy

Glutinous rice ish loaded wif carbohydrates, so me oni eat the fillings, esp the buibuibak :P
