So many storm troopers! Only the over-worked and under-attack HK police should be allowed to be dressed like this and wear masks. Those rioters can jolly well hold their noses with their fingers and close their eyes. They should not even be allowed to wear black.
New to play a new game: unmask.
If police says they are not using tear gas anymore. But fire plastic bullets at will.
No tear gas no use wear the mask and useless for rioters to put on masks waste of time.
New game 1: police carry water guns with blue water to disperse rioters. Let the rioters counter the game.
New game 2: gov control the power grid and pump stations.
Curfew power grids will be switch off at night time. This one is a big game changer costing the backer/ more money to bring in portable power generators. Engineers and installers are required and takes time to setup and installed. Not feasible and got money can do nothing, at the mercy of the gov.
New Game: Gov increase power bills to hurt the pockets of the people. Feasible and rioters can jump only but cannot fight as higher bills are coming after them. Don't pay gov switch off power.
New game: control pump stations working hours at night. Soon the tiolet smells and places get dirty. After all rioters had destroy essential publuc transport system so be it.

Funds are from everywhere cannot be exhuated.
But something are not worth funding if it involved big tickets like power generators. Buy is not a problem but installation and setup is time consuming and risk of power generatir blow up if exceed the ratings of the generators. Futhermore importibg power generators is under gov control can be troublesone from the gov.
