Chinese already managed to exceeded (Doubled) the between overhaul hours of combat aircraft turbine engines. They also managed to breakthrough in Max Trust and Power to Weight Ratio.

This means Chinese engines will be very light and strong, and can last much more flight hours.

涡扇-20（WS-20），是一款推力范围为13000至16000千克力(kgf)的大涵道比涡扇发动机。这款发动机就是中国以“太行”发动机为基础，自行研制的涡扇-20大涵道比涡扇发动机，该发动机将主要用于运-20大型运输机，
