Put batteries in ship and install solar panels..
Tied up ships together and leave them in the waters to charge batteries, then swap batteries.... for small land Singapore... go mobile ..... the way to go.....

China has a lot of empty cargo containers right now... grab it and put batteries in.... swap containers... way to go... mobile..
