You might have seen this YouTube video. It's of a gay marriage proposal that happened in Orchard Road.
Since it was posted on YouTube, it has made its rounds on various social media channels and has received its fair share of "ooohh so sweet" congratulatory messages as well as comments flaming the "couple" in the video.
Well, guess what? The "couple" aren't getting married in California after all. That's because, the video isn't real - it's a part of a publicity campaign to promote gay rights, TNP learned from Jamie Tan, the owner and videographer of Just Married Films which produced the video.
Mr Tan also told TNP they're working on a series of other videos revolving around the 'couple' in the video are in the making and set for release soon.
