becos next time if PAP raise an unpopular policy, eg increase ministers salary, there will be 500 or 1000 people at the hong lim park, this will make them unhappy and nevous, so best is to put a gun to the bank and say 'buy back' or lose licence. and now they feel helpless, how do you arrest 500 people?
