Fighting drugs is a waste of time,effort and money. If the people want it, going against it is futile. The problem is poverty not, drugs. the US's "War on drugs" is a fine example of this futility. Was just a repeat of the 20's prohibition on alcohol. the ones who benefitted most were the underworld syndicates. Everyone else loses. especially the taxpayers.
