According to the Singapore Civil Defence Force, the 31-year-old male passenger was found lying motionless and pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.

The criteria for driving for Uber n grab should be the same for taxi drivers. That is to protect the locals n ensure no unsafe drivers. In ang mor land...the driver must hold licence for 2 years n vehicle need to be gahmen inspected.
