有记者问：近日在意大利举行的七国集团峰会联合公报提及东海、南海问题，请问你有何评价？
陆慷说，中方注意到有关情况，对七国集团峰会声明假借国际法名义对东海和南海问题指手划脚表示强烈不满。
他说，中方在东海、南海问题上的立场是明确的、一贯的，中方始终致力于同直接有关当事国通过谈判磋商妥善管控和解决有关争议，推进各领域的合作，共同维护东海和南海的和平稳定，维护航行和飞越自由以及海上航道安全。
“我们希望七国集团和域外国家认清形势，恪守在有关争议问题上不持立场的承诺，充分尊重本地区国家管控争议的努力，停止发表不负责任的言论，为本地区的和平稳定发挥建设性作用。”陆慷说。

黄永宏认为，南海仲裁案的裁决或将在东盟内部产生支持和反对的不同反应，因此呼吁各国对裁决保持冷静和谨慎的态度。
他指出，2002年中国与东盟签署的《南海各方行为宣言》依然有效。他同时表示，东盟各成员国将尊重海牙仲裁庭的裁决。

[BEIJING] China has urged the Group of Seven leading economies to "stop making irresponsible remarks" after the G7 summit expressed concern about the situation in the East and South China Seas.
China has a dispute with Japan over small uninhabited islands in the East China Sea, while its claim to most of the South China Sea is challenged by the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Brunei and Taiwan.
In their closing communique in Italy on Saturday, G7 leaders said they "remain concerned about the situation" in the two seas and are "strongly opposed to any unilateral actions that could increase tensions".
The text also urges "all parties to pursue demilitarisation of disputed features".
