台中一名陳姓男子去年9月在網路上與一名女子約定外出性交易，但只做半套。當時講好的價碼是一小時2000元，事後男子想加碼做全套，但兩個人價格談不攏，還想賴帳，打開窗戶從二樓陽台跳樓落跑。沒想到這名賣淫女子不甘心損失，衝下樓狂追，追到人之後，還強脫他的褲子不讓他走，過程中奪取男生手機阻止報警。結果這名賣淫女不但因為賣淫被開罰12000，還因為奪取手機，被台中地檢署依強制未遂罪起訴。
