Chitchat PAP's Unhealthy and Unacceptable "No Blame Culture"

In 2015, 22 patients were infected with Hep C at SGH. Five patients died from this infection. The infection were due to SGH and MOH's negligence and lapses.

No one was held accountable for the deaths.

PAP's excuse for not taking action against those responsible for the deaths was it wants to promote a "no blame culture"? Is this acceptable? Or is pap promoting a "no accountability culture".

Would LKY or GKS let those in SGH and MOH get away because of "no blame culture"?

No wonder SG is spinning out of control nowadays

Of course, pinkie and pappies are preparing for the future.....you see, they do have 20/20 vision when it comes to their shenanigans, mistakes, negligence or sheer stupidities ....

Eventually, when it is made known that the XXX is empty, the 'no blame culture' is just the perfectly fitting argument for them....losses made in the course of investments and business, for the 'good of Singapore'......no one is to be blamed.....

Tio...but i hope singaporeans dont buy into pap's "no blame culture".

I heard Temasek is adopting this unhealthy culture. When TH suffered massive losses on the sale of UBS, the word passed around TH was that no one should be blamed because it was "collective decision" to buy UBS at that time

Looks like TH's strategy is to buy regardless of price since they are using CPF money. If incur losses, just hold, dont sell, until the main players have been posted out. Sell at big losses also never mind, just say "collective decision and the ones making the decision has already left.

This was the excuse they used for UBS losses.."collective decision and the Chairman at that time Tony Tan, has already left TH and when he bought it, he said it was for long term investment"

No one and or anyone should accept this nonsensical 'no blame culture'.......even kings and emperors or presidents, in mankind's long recorded history have to accept their punishments when they did wrong and were found out. Punishments come in the form of loss of kingly position, being beheaded, being poisoned, being overthrown, being isolated and exiled, being tortured, etc, etc....just take a look at examples set by Napoleon, King John of Magna Charter fame, Wu Zhi Tien, Pol Pot, Korean parki daughter, niku Ceaușescu, Hitler, Stalin....etc...

By the way, again repeated as a reminder.....there is no such thing as a self declared natural aristocrat or princeling.....it is a concept that is no longer accepted by republicans, democrats or even autocrats......no one in history can claim to be king when he did not possess the merits or abilities to be one....each kingly position need to be fought to the life and deaths of many and even when attained, had to be subsequently defended against one and all challengers.....just exactly like what is happening in the natural world of non humans....

Bargain Hen's bitch looks like someone who fucks badly in bed.

It's a waste to destroy a scholar's career after all the money and effort pumped into his training and education. It's far more sensible to push the blame to some lowly civil servant, whose education was paid for by his parents or some bank loan.

That's why I am so insistent on my kids getting top government scholarships. I've seen my average friends promote rapidly through the ranks simply because they were scholars, while similarly hardworking friends who were not scholars took ages to get promoted and were more often used as scapegoats for higher ups' cockups.

No blame culture only comes up when the individual concerned is part of the aristocracy. Otherwise sure blame.

Evidence that 69.9% of sinkies buy all the crap PAP come up with. And what do sinkies do? They go after small fry like me. LOL!
