Photos from Anakonda 16, NATO's massive war game that worries Russia

After a stunning show of force, several NATO nations concluded Anakonda 16, an annual Polish-led joint multinational exercise. The purpose was to bring partner nations together to train, exercise, and integrate Polish forces into a joint multinational environment, while simultaneously demonstrating NATO's defense capabilities.

The exercise comprised of more than 31,000 troops hailing from 24 different nations, including the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Spain, Turkey, and Ukraine. Maneuvers included air assault, airborne, air defense, and amphibious operations.

This event also comes at the heels of NATO's decision to deploy four multinational battalions to Poland and the Baltic states to boost defense, much to Russia's chagrin.

Here are several pictures of the multinational exercise:

History has proven time and again that its not high or expensive technology that wins wars..

Its the the number of soldiers that you are willing to sacrifice.. boils down to attrition.

Do a search how many troops Russia was willing to sacrifice in WW2
