Here is the story of the whole saga:Posted on June 16 20:26- She opened the shop at 9:00.- At noon, went to the toilet so she put up a barricade at the shop entrance- When she returned, she found the barricade was removed and some cloths missing.- She asked to see the CCTV footage and saw the shoplifters in action- She then tried to locate them but could not. From footage they already left Platinum at 12:44- One of the shop owner posted the footage pics in the Platinum LINE group to share and warn the members- Extraordinary (god indeed wanna punish bad people) one of the LINE group member was at MBK mall at that time and saw the 4 of them there- So this lady (Vichayaporn) rushed to MBK to find them. She spent 3 hrs until 15:45. She almost gave up until all the sudden she came face to face with them. One of the lady was holding the bag with stolen goods.- She called MBK security and showed him the CCTV footages. So security asked to see the content inside the bag. Apparently the 4 of them were quite stunned and astounded (how they could be caught at a different mall!!!!).- She then asked them to go down to MBK information counter (god know why) to settle this. One of them even asked the shop employee "WHY" (I suppose why do I need to go to the counter with you)- During the event one of the male even tried to run away with the bag with stolen goods inside but our braved lady was able to caught him. (this one was not mentioned in her post but in the LINE chat afterward)- At the information counter, the police came but given the event happened at Platinum, he asked the 4 Singaporeans to back to Platinum and settle the incident there. Initially they refused until the police (or the employee) threatened them to go the police station.- During the journey back to Platinum, one of the ladies kept saying that this is only a small matter why make so much fuss over?- At the platinum security office (where mugshots were taken). I believe the shop owner did not want to prosecute (Thai police does not care about low profile case and you have to bring them to the station by yourself...I guess the owner thought it's just too much hassle) hence only demanded the girls to buy the entire stock of the design that they shoplifted worth THB5,000.- Initially they refused saying they don't have any cash until they were told either buy the entire stock or go to the police station.- At the end they paid up at 16:30, the ladies apparently did not have enough cash so they had to wait for the boy to turn up for one hour as he was having a massage.- During the entire process in the security office they were giggling without any remorse. The mugshot were taken with several expressions (what all of you have seen).- Thanks to Platinum LINE group and the person who saw them at MBK. It's been a very tiring day for me.
