A Singapore woman beat 10 other contestants to win an international competition for chubby beauties.

The woman took the crown at Miss Top of the World Plus Size, held in Latvia on Saturday (June 9). The contest's Facebook page named her as "Tan Si Mi".

Ok, all jokes aside, you have to admit that this sinkie woman has more balls then all the PAP combined. It takes a lot of courage to stand up there for the whole world to see how large you are and criticize your weight and everything else. Think skinned PAP would never have been able to do that. So, kudos to her for not being ashamed of her body and kudos to her for having the confidence to do this.
