<!-- START OF : div id="storytext"-->THE Singapore Land Authority (SLA) wil have a new chief executive from May 1.
He is Mr Vincent Hoong, 51, former district judge and Registrar of Titles and Deeds.
Mr Hoong, who has been the deputy chief executive of SLA since June 2001, will replace current SLA head, Mr Lam Joon Khoi, 50. Mr Lam, who has served as SLA chief executive since May 1, 2005, will take up the post of deputy secretary at the Ministry of Environment and Water Resources.
