Appeal for information: Loanshark harassment in Woodlands

SINGAPORE - The police are looking for the man shown in the photo to assist with investigations into a case of harassment by unlicensed moneylender reported at Wellington Circle on June 5.
The man is believed to be in his late 20s, has a medium build with tanned complexion and about 1.75 meters tall.
He was last seen wearing a black polo tshirt with red stripes, grey pants, brown cap and a spectacles with silver frame. He was also seen using a blue handphone.
