Customs officers at Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City have seized a total of 5.1 kg of methamphetamine hidden in the luggage of two passengers, including a Chinese national, who arrived from Singapore.

The airport customs office yesterday reported that it caught T.T.N, a 29-year-old passenger with Vietnamese nationality, carrying 3.1 kg of white powder packed in two plastic bags hidden in a suitcase when T.T.N flew from Singapore to the city on the SQ186 flight on October 19.

That reflects on how inefficient Singapore customs officers are. Singapore govt. should stop bragging about how good they are as of now.

Maybe they are like the film in HOLLYWOOD movies, the drugs dealers do their transaction at Changi Airport Transit lounge.

One just leave a luggage and the other just take instantly.

SGP Changi Airport should place free tape removals near toilets in the arrival hall for people who want to back out at the last minute.

It will fix the SGP drug problems and save much taxpayers monies to deal with drug mules. We will hang less people each year.
