Not necessary. Some faults take time to develop e.g. leaking roof or cracks. Just allocate 1/2 day to check extensively at every corner, and monitor for the next few months.

How is the build quality in Malaysia compared to Singapore?
Seems like it might not be so good.
But I agree that some defects take a bit of time manifest itself.

just checking.. you monitored your previous house for a few months before started doing any reno? (cos i was told once you start reno, developer won't make good on defects after).

Hi all manage to sneak in to Ph4A and these are the pictures for sharing. Nice looking units. best so far in EL for bungalows.
