Police arrest woman for suspected theft

SINGAPORE: Police have arrested a 30-year-old Malaysian woman who's believed to have stolen S$22,000 from a man at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS).
She allegedly committed the offence on December 6, 2011.
Police said on Thursday that the 38-year-old man reported to the police that his money had been stolen by a female suspect he befriended at the RWS casino.
She was arrested at about 2.15 am on Thursday at the hotel of Marina Bay Sands.
The suspect will be charged with theft on Friday.
