This coming soon semi-d, built up from 3200 to 3600 sq ft only, despite the land size still the same as 4050 sq ft. Now the house size getting smaller n smaller...compare to phase 1 semi-d!

Was told size about the same but material upgrade to better one. Of course location for reflection is better than tranquility, beside the beatiful lake which near to the boundary of Leisure Farm.

EL will be launching last phase (reflection park) semi- d in two months time. Selling price targeted above 1.8 mils.

I hear from EL sales, complettion will be this year December.

Most of my friends are discouraged by the route via gelang patah. I think this is most concern.

To all LFers, there is a shortcut to the 2nd link highway. When you drive from Gelang Patah town to Leisure Farm, after pass LF 2nd gate, turn right when u see the opposite bus stop, follow the access road to the highway exit which very near to the petrol kiosks. The journey take about 5 min...

Got it from my EL sales, the last phase semi -d, at reflection which near the beautiful lake will be launching in 2-3 months time. Selling $ is 1.8mil++.

So far not making any single payment yet, still waiting for state consent.

Received a letter from UEM, stated my EL phase 2 semi-d is 82.5% completed, except the serving road to the house. Hope another 3 months we can collect the key!

At this moment, except Mydin Mart, the Anjung mall at east ledang actually sell all Malay n Indian food only. The nearer decent Chinese food kopitiam u still need to go to Gelang Patah town.
