Yes, it's confirmed. This morning passed by and saw they burn down the woods n cleared up bigger plot along the water tank site.

Saw from highway, Leisure farm already started to clear the site of water tank. Yes, the access road looks like confirmed liao...hope more commercial cum eatery will coming on the way. Congrats to LFers.

I heard phase two completion will be Oct, but CFO in Dec....last week saw worker start to clean up the house n locked some of the units already.

Sooner or later the access road will need to open, either at the water tank side or nusajaya west. If u think this bungalow house is value for money, dun hesitate too long.

We was there yesterday, v nice day to drive around phase 2. We even parked our car at my semi d. Indeed v nice n serene environment, we did drove the lake which for future lakeside semi d..nice but quite near to terrace houses at the other end. Wonder why the guard open the gate yesterday...?

Heard from UEM, they have solved the issue n going to submit the state consent to authority within this two weeks. Looks like vey soon we will start out mortgage installment!
