For Teega, I understand that MOT stamp duty would by covered by the developer.
But if one were to take a bank loan, I get the impression that there will be a another MOT stamp duty for transferring the strata title from the bank to your name. Is anyone able to confirm this. Thanks.
Check with an agent, it seems that the charges and P tax are based on usage. Hence it is the same as residential status. Hope someone can confirm this.

I understand that it is under commercial residential status, similar for Imperia & Teega. Difference vs residential status is that for water/electricity is 0.60 vs 0.03 and for property tax is 5-6 times higher. Are you able to throw some light on this? Thanks.
