Are you sure its bungalow? Or you meant terrace? If its RM2mil for a Bayou Water Bungalow thats a reasonable price. One sold for RM1.6mil a year ago.

Expensive? What are you on about? Obviously you can't compare Leisure Farm with Bukit Indah, Nusa Idaman, etc. You have to compare it with Horizon Hill or East Ledang. Well, was cheaper than these 2 mentioned estate last year. I just ignore the emails and texts about the Bayou Creek phase 2...
