    thanks for the reply Mingchye, i was told by agent that low medium cost is by Msian gov and if individual holding onto properties in msia might have problems buying. definitely cant buy NEW low medium cost apartment because they are strictly for msian without property.

    Hi Stevewish, my case didnt went through, rejected by malaysia government without any reasons, but after further search by my law firm, they found out due to undervalued(lesser than RM500K). now the agent is advertising for the seller again at RM600K, i think agent does not know the reason...

    Hi currahee, Islamic loans have discount on stamp duty payable compared to normal loans but many paperwork involved. No worries about fluctuating rates. Difficult to refinance. That's all that was told to me by a banker.
