hi Imperia buyers...you all must be very happy to note Encorp is planning to sell @ MR.900/ to MR.1100/= per square ft.. as you are aware Imperia is closest to the waterfront..thereby will fetch higer price in square ft in years to come.. good investment in the Iskandar/...

all banks are ofering housing loans...try hong Leong bank aswell..moreover it does not make a difference which bank is offering as long as you get the loand ...further, imperia@ puteri harbour has no more units available...perhaps you can try other in Nausajaya..Imedani etc..cheers!!

Puteri harbour area is "champs e lisa" of Malaysia/Damansara..once fully developed you will acknowledge the area...RM.2000/= per sqr ft is minimum ..more over the infra structure will be all uptodate.. just 700 meters from singapore once the bridge/tunnel is ready between the two coutries...and...

wow!!!..good for those who have invested in the Puteri Harbour area..its already touching RM.1100/= per square feet..once ready all those condo's located @ The Puteri harbour will fetch minimum RM.2000/=per square ft...

Indeed!! I see JB/ Iskandar the hub of Malaysia surpassing KL within the next few years.. due to close its proximety to Singapore and Indonesia.... many business establishments are being established. I visit JB from Time to Time, I was plesently surprised to note the Government/ foreign...

i dont think Imperia has one bed room condo on sale as they were sold out long before and no one wants to sell..anyways i have 2 units one bed @ imperia can let go of one @ MR.750,000/= on 8th flr. if you are interesated email me @ [email protected].....

not true mate!! When we purchased few units in Imperia@ Puteria Harbour the developers showed us all what they had to offer...including sea facing..so all good..and happy with the project :)
