agree. nusajaya is still a buy though must be realistic about rental returns short term (next few years). Longer term potential is definitely there though location of choice and what it offers is of utmost importance.

Re: Investing in Nusajaya its more likely last minute cancellation or bank loan rejection. this is one of the priciest piece of residential real estate in JB at the moment likely to see very dynamic movements in availability.

not sure as I have not been but typical style, pricing the next phase higher usually the norm.

the nearest one i can think of is paris hotel @ bukit indah within walking distance to giant. going to nusajaya via NSH then towards tuas exiting @ KI should take 15-20minutes tops. Make sure you have the latest gps maps (suggest mfm which is updated weekly on mondays).
